ELECTRICITY OFF IN THE APARTMENT
The main electrical panel is black and is located at the apartment entrance; in the event of a power outage, ensure that all the switches are flipped upwards.
GENERAL ELECTRICITY OFF
If the power has gone out and all the switches on your home's electrical panel are in the "up" position—yet nothing is working—you need to go to the main electrical pane that is the white one located near the entrance.
BOILER
If hot water is off, you have to find the boiler: go out of the apartament turn on the right on the balcony and you will find it in the wall, take the key in the house and open it.
